How SourcePoint Doors and Windows collects and uses information on sourcepointdoors.com. Effective October 19, 2026.
Who we are
This website, sourcepointdoors.com, is operated by SourcePoint Doors and Windows LLC ("SourcePoint", "we", "us"), headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Questions about this policy go to dealer@sourcepointdoors.com or (888) 821-DOOR. Our mailing address is 4363 Northeast Expressway, Atlanta, GA 30340.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website at sourcepointdoors.com. The mySP Dealer Portal at portal.sourcepointdoors.com is a separate service for authorized dealers. It has its own terms, and a privacy notice will be published inside the portal.
Information you give us
We collect information only when you choose to send it through one of the two forms on this site.
Become a dealer application: business name, contact name, work email, phone, city, state, dealer type, the window and door lines you carry today, the Collections you are interested in, and anything you add in the notes field.
Contact form: name, company name, email, phone, and your message.
We use this information to respond to you, to evaluate a dealer application, and to keep a record of the inquiry. Submissions are emailed to the SourcePoint team and kept in our business systems. We do not sell this information and we do not use it for advertising.
Information collected automatically
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which actions are taken, such as opening a Collection page, downloading a document, or clicking a phone number. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects a device identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view. Google processes this data on our behalf under Google's terms. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Bot protection on the forms. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. Turnstile reads browser characteristics to do this and sets no cookie on this site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, and that request includes your IP address. Google states it does not use these requests for tracking.
Server logs. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, request time, requested page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States (East US region), and these logs are kept for 90 days. A staging copy runs on Cloudflare Workers and is not intended for public use.
Email delivery. Form submissions reach our team through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the submission contents and your email address to deliver the message.

Cloudflare Turnstile sets no cookie on sourcepointdoors.com. It runs inside its own frame served from challenges.cloudflare.com, and any data it keeps there to complete the bot check stays in Cloudflare's own storage, as described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
The site sets no other cookies and uses no advertising or social-media trackers.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and dealer applications for up to two years after our last contact with you. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Who we share information with
- Service providers that run the site and deliver the forms: Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare, Resend, and Google, each only to perform its service.
- Our own team and, where you apply to become a dealer, the people who evaluate applications.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Your choices and rights
- You can use the whole site without submitting a form.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing dealer@sourcepointdoors.com. We will confirm your identity before acting and respond within the time the law allows.
If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Texas, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information and to opt out of certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email dealer@sourcepointdoors.com. We will honor every request we are required to by law, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Children
This site is for the building trade and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
The site links to the mySP Dealer Portal and to documents hosted on this site. Any other external site has its own privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes here and update the effective date.
