The Collection
Steel, drawn thin.
The steel French look is about what you don't see: narrow stiles, slim muntins, and more glass in the same opening. It reads modern on a new build and right on a renovation, which is why the drawing so often asks for it. The Chateau Collection is that drawing in cold rolled steel.
Every door is built from 12-gauge cold rolled steel, glazed with tempered, insulated Low-E glass, and finished in black at the factory. Steel doesn't warp or swell, so the door hangs the way it was set, in any climate. Doors arrive prehung in their steel frame, so the installer sets one unit.
The range runs from 3 lite to 8 lite, square or arch-top, in double, single, pivot, and interior doors, so one elevation can carry one profile.

A factory finish built for weather
Every door is finished in black fluorocarbon paint over a sprayed zinc anti-corrosion base, so the steel resists rust and cleans with soap and water.
Tempered, insulated Low-E glass, standard
Every exterior door ships with tempered, insulated Low-E glass, clear or Flemish by model: more glass in the opening, less heat through it.
Prehung, ready to set
Doors arrive prehung, with weatherstripping, an extended threshold, and a specialized door sweep fitted. One unit into the rough opening.
Four door types, one profile
Double, single, pivot, and interior doors on the same steel profile, so one elevation carries one look inside and out.
Multipoint locking
Exterior doors ship with a multipoint lock that secures the leaf at several points; the handleset and deadbolt are quoted separately. Interior doors ship with hardware.
